[Analog Sculpture: Self-Sustaining Mechanisms]

These tensioned mechanisms, a composition of construction orange and chrome, suspend themselves silently inside glass cases or vertically on walls like climbing robotic insects. A creation of Dan Grayber, the “Drywall Mechanism #2″ clings to the wall by holding tension on each of its four appendages, digging slightly into the drywall.
